Touch Screen Aluminum Foil Metal Detector Functional Features:

Operates on electromagnetic induction principle. When metal enters the magnetic field, it alters the magnetic flux density at that location. The magnetic sensor installed in the machine sends this signal to the control circuit, triggering audible and visual alarms.

3. Intelligent magnetic induction processing system, capable of automatically ignoring non-ferrous metal films such as aluminum foil packaging, with high sensitivity and strong anti-interference capability.

4. Signal processing is handled by digital circuits, offering simple adjustment, stability, and reliability. It includes a counting function to distinguish between passed acceptable and defective products.

5. Equipped with a missed detection prevention function. When multiple metal signals pass through, the instrument automatically counts the signals, ensuring the actuator does not miss any during operation.

6. The entire machine is constructed with 304 stainless steel, food-grade conveyor belts, and features waterproof and dustproof design.

7. The detector uses audible and visual alarms, simultaneously stops operation, and can automatically reverse.
